Roxbury Roots Montessori, Inc. admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Roxbury Roots Montessori, Inc. is a member of the Wildflower Schools Network, serving children aged 2.9 through 6-years-old. Our school is unique in that we offer an Afrocentric curriculum based within the Montessori pedagogy. Our vision is to bring high-quality, affordable, Montessori education to the Greater Boston area. As a community-based program, we aim to work closely with parents, Roxbury community members, and the Wildflower network to expose children to languages and positive images of peoples from the Black diaspora, thus instilling a sense of pride and empowerment in our students.
